Micropub owned by the Whitley Bay Brewing Co. This upmarket looking micro was a former charity shop. The interior had dark coloured petrol blue painted walls and woodwork and some undressed brick walls. There was ample seating around the bay windows and some high tables and stools towards the rear, opposite the bar area positioned in the back right hand corner. The pub was quite dark during the day and would say the hanging lamps around the place would create some decent ambient lighting of night. Four handpumps serving three ales and one cider. Beer choices on our visit were from their Whitley Bay Brewery, Ghost Ships, Mag's Stag and Slow Joe. Prices in here were ok, in spite of it being quite top end looking.
