Steve C left this review about Nethergate Brewery Tap

As the name suggests, the Nethergate Brewery Tap is found on the Nethergate Brewery Site, adjacent to all the brewing equipment that can be viewed through windows down the right-hand wall. The interior is L-shaped with a couple of high tables in the left front corner where stools also run along beer shelves across the front windows. Standard furniture runs to a bar counter at the rear where, what I assumed to be, the full Nethergate range was available. From the chalk board on the back bar, Venture, Suffolk County, Stour Valley Gold, Nethergate Lager, Venture Point 5ive, Old Growler, Complete Howler, Essex Border Blonde, Nethergate Press. At the rear is a conservatory with more seating and out the back are picnic tables on a small lawn area that is overlooked by a horse and cart mural. A much longer mural is found along the car park out front where a lot more picnic tables can be found. A food van selling pies and pasties was parked up and I was reliably informed that a different van selling different foods is in situ Thursdays to Saturdays. I liked it in this popular tap and will gladly return when next in the area.
