Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Brig 'n' Barrel

Good micro-pub, with just enough room for five well-spaced small tables. As a former corner shop unit, it is quite light inside due to having windows on two sides. Also, having a wide pavement at the front means that there is an amount of outside seating too. Four real ales on handpump, including a decent Blackedge Pale (£3.00).

Blue Scrumpy left this review about Brig 'n' Barrel

Friendly micropub close to the town's railway station. Seating is available inside or on the pavement

4 real ales were on - Northern Monkey Underdog, Roosters Cogburn, Bowness Bay Swan Blonde & Naylor's Citradelic. The cider was Lilley's Tropical Cider. My Underdog was very pleasant.
