Salumi is a small split-level bar and restaurant with four different seating areas to the right of the entrance and a bar with bucket chairs along its length to the left. It was quiet during a recent Tuesday evening visit, but I imagine one has to book a table at peak times, when I’m sure diners would trump drinkers. The bar supports standard and craft keg and one of the two hand pumps was in operation drawing St Austell’s Tribute. The service was polite, but this place is a little too food led for me to return just for a beer.
