Steve of N21 left this review about Craving Coffee

For research purposes I poked my nose in this one when heading up the road from the new craft bar offering that is Five Miles to the much more traditional Mannions at the top of Markfield Road.
Like Five miles, this one is also difficult to find due to not much signage and I walked past it before spotting a sign for Gaunson House in which it is situated as part of The Mill Co Project artists’ studios.
It’s a long thin Café that was reassuringly busy with young millennials on my Saturday lunchtime visit but it is certainly more of a licenced café than a bar and although there was one chrome tap on the serving area (probably the reason it was put on this site) and several craft bottles and cans in a fridge behind it struck me as the type of place that moves much more cappuccino than it does craft ale.
Anyway, another new place in Tottenham where you can get a decent craft ale, so it ticks that box. I didn’t photograph the venue but have added (if Pubs Galore admin allow me) the Tottenham Creates street map that was mounted at the entrance to Gaunson House so that you can find it and the nearby Five Miles easier than I did. The map is also useful as it indicates the Antwerp Arms and the Blue Coats, both of which are proper pubs with decent Cask. But strangely the good people at Tottenham Creates decided not to extend the map slightly father east so as to include the Beavertown and Pressure Drop breweries, who really are creating in Tottenham in the world of Craft beer.
