pleasant bar in an old farmhouse and one of the few at the university that opens on a weekend. Basically you walk into a large sparse room/cafeteria/carvery which eventually leads into a little bar/food area which sometimes has real ale. Extra pool table and modern decor in here. The cafeteria section often hosts beer festivals or ‘takeovers’ from breweries such as Farmyard Ales. It’s worth a visit, more so at some times than others. Also it’s BARKER House Farm.
