Coast to Coast is an American themed restaurant with a small bar that can be used by those who do not wish to dine. Budweiser, Stella 4 and Blue Moon are amongst the draught options. Unsurprisingly there is no cask ale. Burgers and ribs are the speciality of the open kitchen at the rear; burgers start at £11.
On the wall behind the bar is a plasma screen that was airing muted rolling news. During a recent Friday afternoon visit the background music consisted of American R&B from the 1960s.
I found the service to be very friendly and this was my favourite of the five airside drinking venues.
