On the ground floor of a Premier Inn, this single room bar/diner is in a modern concrete commercial building with no garden or carpark. There is a very small concrete terrace, but it doesn’t have any furniture. If it did, it would probaby be stolen by the locals anyway. The staff were quite helpful and extremely apologetic when I pointed out that £2.00 for a bag of crisps was ridiculous. Two pumps on the bar but only one was serving – Doombar, which was rather bland but drinkable. OK for a few beers if staying in the Premier, and the JDW opposite doesn’t appeal, or you just don’t want to venutre into downtown Yeovil after dark.

Typical Beefeater decor but does actually have quite a large area not laid up for food as you enter and don't bare right to await someone to show you to a seat. Although out of politeness the people waiting while I just walked to the bar, enquired have you a table for four when there were only two other people eating and ~40 empty tables...

Doombar and St Austell Proper Job on draught with Doombar off, suspect some would say that's a blessing....

Not one to make a beeline for unless wanting food and staying upstairs. But hey I'm of to the Hollywood Bowl next so enjoying all the best offerings at present in Yeovil.
