A standard build it and they will come affair with the main focus being the carvery. On entry the bar area is off to the right with the none food area being directly behind you opposite the ice cream and dessert counter made up of 5 high tables with stools. The rest of the pub is laid up for the hoards who descend to devour carvery.
There is a number of seats outside which were being utilized on my sunny morning visit.
The place has a feel of lots of staff doing everything but serve just constantly walking around seemingly just moving stuff from one place to another. I'm sure they are just preparing for the lunchtime onslaught but it seems to me like a calamity of poor planning.
Not really a destination pub for a real ale drinker but the upside is they serve from 10.30am.
