Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Gunpowder Mill

Modern Marston's pub / restaurant on the edge of town near the Macknade Food Hall, with various seating / dining areas in an overall 'L' shape, a front patio terrace and a few wooden benches by the entrance / car park side. Three banks of four handpumps, which was somewhat over-the top since only Pedigree (£3.45), Hobgoglin, Wells Eagle IPA and Lancaster Bomber were available.

E TA left this review about The Gunpowder Mill

A new-build Marston's pub on a plot on the outskirts of Faversham, right on the A2, the name a tribute to the eponymous mills which supplied the Navy for many decades. There is a single large L-shaped open plan bar, somewhat soulless, mainly laid to table with one or two small sofas and one or two gaming machines. There is a car park at the back, from which you enter the pub through a rather sad-looking children' play area. There are wooden tables and benches on a grass strip by the side of the road, ideal for truck spotters or those who don't mind excessive road noise. The staff were over-familiar, not really that helpful, while the majority of the clientele were in Prosecco-swilling family groups, many of them permitting ill-disciplined children to run freely, presumably because the parents are too obese to chase them. Ales on were Pedigree, Wainwright's, Hobgoblin and Banks's Bitter, reasonably well kept but nothing special. A bit of a damp squib, really.
