Real Ale Ray left this review about Railway Tavern

A one room micro, with a small bar positioned on the right hand side. The décor was sage green painted walls, an oak floor, maroon coloured upholstered banquette seating around the perimeter of the room and some central low tables and chairs. The bar had an oak top counter and a teak panelled front, also there were some railway theme pictures around the walls. Three handpumps on the bar serving Wadworth IPA, Firebrick Cushy and Old Potting Shed Amber. We went for the Firebrick, which was a good beer. The bus stop was very close by and buses run on a regular service, which was handy.
