Steve C left this review about The Ball Room

Ball Room is a pool hall located at the end off a drive accessed from Jordan Lane. Out the front is some parking and a small Astroturf seating area that is more for smokers I think. Inside there is a bar counter to the left that faces a couple of long benches that are overlooked by multiple television screens for showing all things sport. Further up the left wall are four dartboards and at the rear is the snooker room with four tables. In the main open plan section there’s a mix of UK and American pool tables, I counted eleven. This is pay to play venue so no membership required, and children are more than welcome, in fact there are kid’s deals.
The bar supports a limited standard keg range alongside Birra Moretti and Amstel. American style food such as burgers, hotdogs, wings and pizza are available. The service was polite and it felt a little less stuffy in here when compared to a Rileys. If I lived locally I would certainly use this place, in fact I’d probably be a loyalty card holder.
