What appears to be yet another characterless single-room bar in a shop conversion, one of many such establishments on this street, is actually made rather more welcoming than most by the three young ladies (after whom the bar is named) who run it (with someone’s dad keeping a watchful eye). The welcome was genuine and friendly, the conversation flowed and the idiots which haunt Palmerston Road's other bars were, for some reason, not coming in. Sadly, there was no ale on draft, though Brewdog IPA was available in bottles, and Thatcher’s cider from the tap was at least refreshing enough to stave off thirst. Better than its neighbours.
