the bristol castle ,, what can i say ,,, i was brought up in devonport but now live in london,, but whenever i return to plymouth i could not wish for a better pub... the bar staff are totally professional and welcoming to any people frequanting the pub as also are the local regular drinkers there. After 20 years living in london and visiting this area again ,, i made more friends in one night than in a year in london,
the manager "lee" put himself out to welcome me to this small part of plymouth. Amazingly although this is a small pub there is a pool table with plenty of space to play your shots. i would give this pub 9/10. service 10,, management and staff 10,, toilets 9. sorry but cant give you 10 out of 10 and dont think i will for any pub lol. but all in all i thoroughly enjoy visiting the bristol castle whenever i am in plymouth, good job !!!!!!
