Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Tap & Cork

Semi-rustic micro-pub with a narrow rectangular bar with some conventional furniture and three beer-barrel tables. Further seating available out on the pavement and upstairs in The Loft. Just two handpumps on the counter, offering Peregrine's What What? (£3.00) and Not Too Shabby from Prospect.

Old Boots left this review about Tap & Cork

Long narrow micro, 8 keg and three weirdish handpumps, earnest staff, better furnished than some, pallet wood walls. Stick with this one and JR's when enjoying the delights of Horwich.

Al Bundy left this review about Tap & Cork

Situated next door to the Bowling Green pub this is a new micropub-like place. A small, thin room there are a selection of about 8 crafty style beers and 2 handpulls. A cabinet opposite the bar houses a selection of bottled beers. Lots of wood panelling along the walls and bare brick make for basic decor. The place is OK for a drink.
