The small frontage of Legends is very misleading because beyond the entrance is a flight of stairs that leads up to a cavernous open plan area that houses three pool tables and numerous flat screen televisions. Sky/BT Sports are one of the major draws during the week and in the daytime at the weekend. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings Legends becomes Sheiks Nightclub. During these times there is a £2 each way shuttle bus from Chichester University. Legends is located at the landside end of the pier which can be accessed at the rear where there is some outside seating.
The bar is stocked with standard keg and cheap pub grub is available. I had a burger and chips which wasn’t the best to be honest. I found the service to be friendly, but the atmosphere was as dull as the goalless Arsenal v Leicester match that was playing during my recent Saturday evening visit.
