A relative newcomer to the Aberdare scene, but completely revamped in recent months. It's now in the very capable hands of Mark and Kim, together with a good team of bar staff. It's a small but friendly pub with a decent range of beers at reasonable prices. There are two large TVs for rugby matches, and live entertainment at weekends. Upstairs is Aberdare's only steak house. I haven't eaten there myself, but it comes highly recommended by my friends. Happy hour from opening till 8pm weekdays, 6pm Friday and Saturdays.
