Bucking Fastard left this review about Ceviche

Formerly the Alexandra Trust Dining Rooms founded in 1898,the interior of this Peruvian restaurant and bar has been lovingly restored. On entering the L shaped interior with a high ceiling you will be offered a dining table but if you just want to drink you can either pertch on a bar stool or sit down on a few tables beyond the bar to the left of the building. The glazed tiling around the interior is impressive, and contemporary peruvian artwork adorns the walls. The main dining area is the leg of the building away from the bar and opposite the open kitchin, and although food is the principal draw,my group didn't feel uneasy about just drinking, the modern soundtrack enhanced the atmosphere.
Craft beer is advertised outside and there are two keg taps drawing Freedom Organic Helles and East India Pale lager on my trip besides a menu of bottled beers.Pricing is high at restaurant levels with three pints and a long soft drink coming in at £22 so be aware .
It's hip and trendy ,wont suit pub traditionalists (nor those on a tight budget) and a lot of customers will be drinking cocktails or exotic spirits but I enjoyed the upbeat vibe and the fine interior and might be tempted to try the food in future. No real ale.
