Good addition to the Southbank.Good range of craft keg beers normally on but not that expensive considering the location. As it was London Beer Week they had 7 beers on from American brewer Rogue (go figure). £6.90 a pint but you got a free donut.I had Ansbach and Hobday-the Dated Dubbel (they should have given me a free pancake) as the beer was as flat as the proverbial pancake. Only £3 for my half of flat keg.Barmaid overcharged me as well.Tut tut.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Understudy

Craft beer bar, established in 2014, located underneath the National Theatre with a substantial front patio beside the Thames-side walkway so very busy in fine weather. Modern furniture and decor inside, with the main feature being two large Meantime 'brewery fresh' tanks. Good selection at a wide range of strengths from a total of 12 keg taps, but not cheap e.g. my pint of Beavertown 5.4% Gamma Ray APA at £5.60.
