Quinno _ left this review about Wolborough Inn

A short walk off the immediate town centre, this is a decent little local. Inside is a small bar with a dog leg spur. The old public/lounge public split evident in the floor décor which goes from boards to carpet immediately below the RSJ. Some fake(?) wood beams on the ceiling. To the rear is a very small back garden with steps up to the seating. Punter entertainment in the form of a book depository, dart board, daily papers and a couple of TVs showing golf on my visit. Five ales - three pumps featuring Palmers Copper (good though some sediment), Bass and Doom Bar plus two barrels atop the back bar with cooling jackets (failed to note the ales). Cobs also behind the bar, good sized filling and cheap too - less than a fiver for two halves and a cob. Quiet on our mid-afternoon visit but would be happy to do this one again.
