Steve C left this review about The Station Bar

Station Bar is an open plan bar with a bar counter along the left wall that serves a standard and premium keg range. At the end of the bar on the left wall are a couple of long tables and in the right corner is a large raised seating area that also houses table football. Along the front window is a beer shelf with a few high stools. Strangely, there is a painted cast iron spiral staircase that leads up to the ceiling, that has some nice plasterwork. I counted three televisions that were all showing muted football whilst music played off the jukebox. Out the back is a small yard with a table for smokers and the gents toilet downstairs was very grim, which surprised me as the bar was actually very clean. Polite service, but I don’t plan on returning here.

A small, bright one roomed pub. Has a spiral staircase in the middle of it the goes nowhere up though it does go down to some dark scary basement. Its a clean little place that's quite airy. No real ale.
