Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Orpington Liberal Club

Very well-run little place, housed in a rather plain house-like building between the station and town centre. Functional bar with various seating options; but most people tend to sit or stand conversing near the counter. Also has a small hall to one side (where regular live music events are held) and an improved beer garden at the back which is a popular spot on warm evenings. Numerous Camra awards won, and frequently Good Beer Guide listed, with beer festivals, 'meet the brewer' events, etc. being held on a regular basis. Always serves a well-chosen selection different real ales in a range of styles from the five handpumps, together with several craft keg options a variety of Turner's ciders. Whatever your politics, the fact that it is a Liberal Club shouldn't put you off - it really is a worth a visit if you have a Camra card (up to eight times a year before you are asked to join). Tried several beers on this visit, but the Mutineers Black Flag Vanilla Edition Stout was outstanding.

Blue Scrumpy left this review about Orpington Liberal Club

Our final stop on a crawl of South East London was this friendly Liberal club, where we were made to feel welcome.

Situated opposite a large supermarket, it is quite innocuous from the outside. Inside, there is a single room, with a garden at the rear.

Real ales were Canterbury The Reeves & The Merchant's, Brentwood Legacy, Spartan Hoplite & Goody Ales Good As Gold. Ciders were all from Turner's - Dry, Medium, Russet, Apple Pie, Elderflower & Rhubarb. I'd not had a couple of these before. So, they were the obvious choice for me.

The club has fairly limited opening hours, which are even more limited at present, due to the ongoing pandemic.
