Now called NQ64. This is a 'drinking den and arcade bar'. A basement bar housing retro arcade game machines. Dark, noisy as hell and unless you're into pinball, Donkey Kong and assorted noise machines, there is no real reason to go. No real ale and dull keg beers is also another reason to stay away.
