Quinno _ left this review about Shoulder of Mutton Inn

Aged, whitewashed, single storey L shaped building (incorporating old stables?) with three separate rooms and a pool area. Cosy and comfy inside with low ceilings, lots of padded banquettes red carpets and nice trim. Started filling up quickly with locals so clearly popular. Four ales; Doom Bar, Wells Bombardier, John Smiths and Fullers Holly's Bush (very good), with a laminated list of forthcoming guest ales on the tables. Excellent Whisky selection too. If I were local I’d be well-pleased to have this on my doorstop.
