Graham Coombs left this review about Café Rouge Esher

Converted from a proper pub to a bar restaurant many years ago but retains much of the original pub layout, despite the profusion of "French" décor. As is normal for Café Rouge, has one solitary Stella font but a few craft and European beers in bottle. A few outside tables round the back, by the car park.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Café Rouge

Formerly a pub called the Orleans Arms (as can still be seen on some of the etched glazing), this bar / restaurant stands in a prominent position on the Portsmouth Road opposite the top end of Littleworth Common between Esher station and the town centre. Although very quiet when I visited, it is also en route to the main entrance to Sandown Park racecourse so it must get very busy on race days. Retains a pub-like layout with two rooms and a variety of seating / dining areas, but the furniture and decor is all French café-style (as you would expect from the chain). Only has Stella Artois on tap (£2.00, half), but there are a few Belgian bottles in the fridge.
