Nick Davies left this review about The Seagrave Arms

In most areas this would be a routine village local but here in the Cotswolds it's a breathtakingly expensive restaurant with one - cosy in estate agent speak - room retained as a bar. No real ale, just a few keg fonts dispensing the usual stuff.

I expected it to be mobbed out at 2.30 on an Easter Sunday lunchtime but there was just one table eating inside and a few people enjoying an al fresco afternoon drink while enjoying the views of the car park. At over twenty quid for a roast dinner I'm not surprised - a full meal here will set you back well over £50.

I often conclude my accounts of village pubs by saying they're not destination material but I'd be content if they were my local. I'd move house if this one was my local.
