Odd place, this: principally offering craft keg (10 fonts) and keenly priced (£4.50, Brewdog excepted - there's a £1 premium for that). A few handpumps, too, but only Dark Star's APA was available on my visit. The bar (and I'd say it was more "bar" than "pub") struggled to attract custom on a wet November afternoon (it attracted only me, in fact). It's ok and worth a look if you're in town.

New promfront pub with a large sea-facing beer garden, enter through here to access the building. Two levels, down some steps to the rear leads to the bar. Downstairs has a row of reclaimed theatre-style seats and pea green painted wood panelling as well as a welcome skylight. Red painted panelling in the upper section, though didn’t get much chance to nose around there. An interesting mix of modern bulb types in the wall-fitted lamps downstairs. Food offered. At the bar: an impressive selection of London-craft bar style keg, including Meantime, Brew Dog, Brooklyn etc, as well as keg Orchard Cider. Two ales on the three pumps, a very well-kept (and impressively cool on a hot day) Dark Star APA and a rather large %abv IPA from the Naked Beer Co. Also a tidy bottled selection. Good atmosphere and quite friendly, got chatting to a regular. Given the disappointments meted out on the same day by some of Worthing’s GBG pubs, I’d have no problem pushing this one as a destination for decent beer even if the ale range is a little limited.
