Old Blue left this review about Stallingborough Grange Hotel

This hotel has a cozy, traditional public bar, known as ‘Thatchers Inn’, with warm fire and atmosphere. The bar is entered through the main hotel reception, and there is a restaurant area through a set of double doors from the bar. Three handpulls were drawing Abbot, Bombardier, and Adnams Shingle Shells on my recent brief visit, the last of which cost £1.50 for a half, a decent enough beer which surprised me by being one of my cheapest drinks of the day despite this being a hotel bar. There is a curry night on Mondays, cheap wine on Weds, steak night on Thurs, fish and chips offer on Friday lunchtime and a couples night meal offer on Friday nights. I thought this was a very comfortable establishment and it was nice to see a small country hotel doing such a good job of still being a traditional pub.
