Quinno _ left this review about The Crown Inn

An attractive whitewashed stone building, this is currently an upmarket dining pub that has retained a rambling multi-roomed layout. The interior has been done up like the pages of a posh catalogue; black and silver wallpaper, cowskin rugs and that sort of thing. There’s a modern rear conservatory and a paved L shaped garden round the side and front, the latter of which was a pleasant place to take a pint. A number of pumps at the bar but just a watery Upham Gold available. If you’re solely drinking, it’s a pretty unmemorable experience which is a shame – a bit more effort on the bar would have done wonders. 4.5 (visited June)
