Apparently a heritage pub (CAMRA Inventory) but I struggled to see why. There’s a small bar to left, a slightly larger galley to the right with a collection of miniatures in cupboards and exposed stone walls. To the left side was a locked dining room. Large grassed garden out front, which is where most punters were alighted towards the end of a hot and sweaty day. Food available and we decided to eat, good service for decent pub grub and heroic service from staff as it was basically capacity. Four cask at the bar; 2x Harbwr (Tamar's Tusk NBSS 3 & Pia Whanga 2.5) plus Doom Bar and, excitingly(!) Doom Bar chilled. Aside from my beers, I didn't see any cask poured for the entire time I was there, so finished off on a Madri.
