A small slightly run down 2 roomed pub. The front room houses a pool table and the main servery where you will find standard fizzpops only. A small L-shaped room is to the rear. If you're after real ale then unfortunately you're in the wrong place. The whole area around West Derby Rd and Breck Rd Townsend Ln is a real ale desert.

Although a fine looking building from the outside,the interior is slightly disappointing.The beer was just acceptable,and in general the pub could do with a good spruce up.Cannot se me rushing back to this one.
