With the majority of the interior space cordoned of with tables laid for dining, one can see understand what this establishment's main focus is, but there is a generous bar area to the right of the entrance with Tribute the only ale concession (another pump was unclipped). This could be the destination of choice for the well-heeled drinkers in Baldock - I felt rather underdressed in jeans and a t-shirt, compared to the staff and clientele on a late Saturday afternoon.
