A small bar down foreman street aimed at mainly student types. No real ales available so i had a Guinness at £3.40.
Loud music is always played in the evening and it can get very busy especially on student nights. they do drinks offers with valid student ID
Not really my sort of place but by no means the worst bar I have been too. It has a lively atmosphere and tends to be filled with young people looking for a good time. if on a bar crawl in town there would be worse places to stop off for a drink.

Ride is a fairly new bar that is situated next to Formans and opposite the corner house.
Once inside there is a small area near the entrance which has got a few tall stools with a leather puff cushions on top and smaller puff stools,there is also a table top games machine here.
The bar is down a few steps on the right,this area is also very small with only four bar stools and a bar football table,there is a spiral staircase from this area to the toilets and another small area.
There were no real ales on the bar but lots of lagers which i dont drink,so i had a drink of Guinness which was quite nice.
I sat in the area near the entrance and the flooring was very sticky which is something i dont like at all.
The bar was empty on my mid tuesday afternoon visit,but there was some decent music playing in the background.
This is a very small bar that is not really to my taste but it was open during the day which is the one thing going for this place.
