Very much a locals' pub with a two room layout. The main room is a tidy bar with a stone wall but clearly refurbished not very sympathetically some years ago. The other side is a large open public bar with two dartboards, one traditional and one electronic. Draught ales were Doom Bar and Lushingtons. There are a couple of benches outside and a small car park over the road.

After visiting Nancenoy we found we had some time to kill while waiting for the 35 from Helston to Falmouth and this pub is open all day on Saturdays. Had a very good Taylor Landlord beer here. It is a family run pub with friendly staff and has a good food menu. Outside seating area and a couple of rooms inside. Community local.
