Aqualung . left this review about The Henry Bell (JD Wetherspoon)

As noted below, what looked like being a small Spoons from the outside turned out to be a reasonable sized one.
Inside it's a rectangular room with the bar on the left and extending into a slightly wider area further back. It was quite busy on my Wednesday evening visit.
The bar has ten hand pumps which had three available soon, Deuchars IPA, Abbot, Peerless Red Rocks, Loch Lomond Southern Summit & Ale Of Leven, Naylors Velvet and Arkell's Kingsdown. I went for the two Loch Lomomd ones (£2.09) which were excellent. I found this one to be a good Spoons.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Henry Bell (JD Wetherspoon)

Converted from a former shop, this elongated 'spoons is larger than you might expect from the relatively narrow frontage. Rather dark inside, especially by the bar, so the effort that went in to the semi-modern decor is wasted somewhat. Seven real ales from the ten handpumps, and annoying almost all the interesting clips were for things 'Available Soon', but my pint of the only available local beer - Loch Lomond Southern Summit (£2.09) - was in decent form.

A well-run Wetherspoons in an old furniture shop, which extends back quite some way. The various areas have a slightly different feel and seem to attract differnt clientele. Usual range of beers, food etc. Cask Marque listed at time of visit.

Henry Bell (1767-1830) is credited with pioneering the development of Europe's first passenger steamboat service with a paddle steamer named The Comet which ran between Greenock and Glasgow.
On approach the pub looks quite small but on entry you realise it is quite lengthy. There was the standard cask beers on the bar and a few booths up and down and strangely a large selection of old TV screens on the walls which possibly might have been obtained from the closed Logie Baird pub across the road.
