Steve C left this review about New Inn

During a recent Wednesday evening visit the left-hand side of the New Inn was lights out, but I popped my head in to see banquettes around the exterior walls and a raised area at the rear with a dartboard. The few aged customers were sat in the right-hand bar listening to Klingons on the Starboard Bow, which was very surreal. Thankfully the friendly landlady decided to turn the music off when Barbie Girl came on. I can only assume that the jukebox was set to play the most awful songs of old to get people to insert cash. The other customers seemed quite content with the Super League replacement on the television. There’s a pool table. Standard keg was available alongside Cruzcampo, no hand pumps. This place isn’t great, but none of the pubs around here are.

Large 2 roomed pub. The large room to the left is sort of split into 2 and is pretty standard. The room to the right houses a pool table. Its no a bad pub though there isn't really anything to make you want to return unless you live here. No real ale and the central bar serves both rooms.
