Delboy 20 left this review about The Craic House

The Craic House has been renamed. It is now The Woodman Corner. This name refers to the old Woodman pub which used to stand on the corner of the Albion ground.

Soup Dragon left this review about Busby's

An end-terrace pub, formerly Busby's, but for many years the Golden Cross. The Victorian build is in coffee, with grey and a little white, and it has all but lost its appeal for me, but there you go. The interior is one large L-shaped open room, decked out mainly in Baggies memorabilia - they show all the games. One end has sofas, the other a dance floor (opens as a late night venue) and pool table. Thee are several TVs, as you would expect and no art on the walls. The place is mainly in red and white one end, with out-of-place large red lampshades, and undressed brick the other. the service was functional and the place seemingly full of locals. Beer; usual tap stuff with no MILD - had Boddingtons. Nothing beerwise for me, but this isn't the worst place in town by any means.
