The pub itself is fairly average, and seems to attract a few chavs. The bar staff seem quite disorganised, and have never got a clue who's turn it is to be served next. On the plus side, there's plenty of outside seating, and it's a fantastic spot to sit in the sun and overlook the beach. They do BBQ's on weekends in the summer which is a nice touch.

Beers on tap were Doom Bar, Butcombe and Exmoor Gold. Good choice of ciders with Blackthorn, Stowford Press, Thatcher's Gold and Old Rosie, the latter being served straight from a box at the end of the bar.
