Alan Winfield left this review about Spread Eagle

The Spread Eagle was situated towards the bottom end of alfreton road and it was fairly close to the Alma Inn.
The pub was set in a terrace and faced the large radford flats complex.
Once inside this was pub was very smart and comfortable which was very surprising for this area of Nottingam.
Whenever we went in here we went in the lounge which was carpeted and was very cosy and comfortable,i am not sure if there were any other rooms.
This pub used to be an Home Ales tied house and there were two real ales on the bar and both Home mild and bitter were nice drinks.
This pub is till standing but it has been altered and now does'nt resemble a pub anymore,it is now trading as a lap dancing club.
