CLOSED York pub situated on Piccadilly that has been abandoned and boarded up for years.built in 1912 in place of an old coaching Inn of the same name that was demolished to create this part of Piccadilly to form a road to Fishergate.The pub has been closed since 1982 and was briefly occupied by squatters in 2003,who after tidying the place up,renamed it The Rainbow Peace Hotel,which had an open day event inviting the public to give it a viewing.
