Soup Dragon left this review about The South Stack

This is a now detached, but was once a corner pub. It is Victorian, although it has that 20s look to it, and was once the South Stack Vaults - it now does food and B&B accommodation. The interior has three rooms, the back room being for the food. To one side on entry there is a pool and darts room, with a TV (showing the footy) and on the other all the locals were crammed in watching the Liverpool V Man City game. The décor is mainly white, with wood floor and no real pictures. Service was friendly and there was no music. Beer; usual tap stuff with a more than decent Kite's Thunderbird on handpull. Nice atmosphere, one of the better of Holyhead!
