This now looks like a grandiose fish & chip cafe, but styles itself a bar & restaurant, with an offer that I saw on a board outside for a free pint with your fish (I didn't check out the T&Cs). As a vegetarian, I wasn't about to step inside to see whether a food purchase was necessary before buying a drink, so perhaps one of our fish-eating reviewers would care to pop in some time?
