Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Harp

Basic-looking bar in a parade of small shops, and the faded paintwork doesn't inspire too much confidence. However, the narrow interior is well kept, with a pool table beyond the compact counter, and just enough room for live music or karaoke events. Real ale is thankfully available in the form of Harvey's (£3.70) and London Pride from a bank of three handpumps.

Steve C left this review about The Harp

The Harp is a long and thin shop converted Irish pub in amongst the shops in the centre of Bexhill. It was busy when I visited on a recent Friday night, but I had no problem ordering my well served Guinness. Surprisingly for an Irish pub there are a couple of hand pumps and these were both drawing Harveys Best. The front of the pub is a seating area and the bar in in the centre on the left hand wall. At the rear there is a pool table and dartboard. There are a couple of plasma screens and although I didn’t spot any advertisements for Sky Sports I would be surprised f the football wasn’t shown. There was some back music and although I didn’t see a jukebox the randomness of songs would suggest that there is one.

This place is ideally situated for a pint whilst the misses wanders around the shops, but I’m not sure that I would travel far to revisit.
