Not really a pub, but more a club house for people holidaying at the Roydon Marina and is well described by the reviewer below. It is open to Joe Public and does provide Keg offerings and from what we could see a decently priced food menu. Useful if you are staying ath the Marina or walking the River Stort and are too desperate for sustenance to walk the additional yardage to one of the three pubs in Roydon village itself.

Part of the expending Roydon Marina Village, this bar is open to non residents both for drinks and food. The building is a modern single story, and both the exterior and interior look functional if a little dull.To the right of the front door is a large function room with a stage and sound system. This area hosts discos, entertainment and can be hired..There is a door charge for admission to the events. To the left of the front door is a restaurant area with a flat screen and a model of the Village development, showing the lodges and chalets for hire ,the hotel and the large marina.
Beyond this restaurant at the rear of the building is a large bar with a drop down screen for sporting events. This area is a little gloomy as there is not much natural light, there are sofas and other modern furniture and a rather predictable selection of kegged beers and lager with no provision of real ale.
On Sundays there is a carvery which was reasonable value at £8,I didnt manage to view the regular daily menu. The bar service was haphazard mainly due to the new staff struggling with the POS equipment, which may resolve itself once this place has been trading for a while.
For people holidaying in the lodges this place is very convenient ,but I found little to enthuse over.
