Alan Winfield left this review about Brewers Arms

The Brewers Arms was a modern looking pub that was situated in front of Boddingtons brewery and it acted as the brewery tap.
Once inside there was one large room that was quite smart and comfortable, there was also a large brewing vessel in the middle of the room which had been opened out and had seating inside it which my wife wanted to sit in.
This pub was a Boddingtons tied house and there were two real ales on the bar we had a drink of Boddingtons bitter and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Boddingtons mild.
We thought this was quite a nice pub to have a drink in.
Sadly this pub along with the brewery have been pulled down and consigned to history.
