The Jersey Lily was a large estate pub that had a single storey front to it.
Once inside there were two rooms there was a decent comfortable lounge and a large bar.
There were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Boddingtons bitter and this was quite a nice drink the other beer was Whitbread Flowers bitter.
The pub was quite busy on my mid saturday afternoon visit.
Sadly this pub has now been pulled down during the regeneration of Ancoats in the late 90s.
