This is now the Bar Rio Bistro and Pizzeria, under which name I will review it separately.

David Ross left this review about The Harbour Bar

Presumably part of the Columba Hotel, under which it sits, but this feels like a completely separate pub. The Harbour is a commodious, high ceilinged modern bar, which also sells food, at the north end of Oban harbour. The walls are covered in drawings of the town and sea charts of the surrounding coast and islands. Pleasant but unexceptional, there are better alternatives nearby (although one of the best, “The Oban Inn” - the white building across the road - is unfortunately now closed).
