Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Griffins Head
Picture-book Shepherd Neame dining pub set in a small hamlet deep in the East Kent countryside. The central bar has dining rooms on either side, with a fabulous old fireplace in the left-hand one. Although given a light refurbishment at some stage, the interior retains much traditional character. Large beer garden to one side. Just two of the six handpumps were in use when I visited, offering Master Brew (£3.90) and Hophead as a guest.
