Soup Dragon left this review about Sannox Bay Hotel

A detached hotel, restaurant and bar, in white render with black paint work, with conservatory dining, dormer windows and beer garden area, overlooking the Sannox Bay.

The interior has a couple of dining area and a small little bar area up and to the right on entry. The walls are predominantly white, with some wood panel in the conservatory, with a green and white ceiling and a tartan carpet in the bar area. There is a blue tiled wood fire and a piano - and local landscape photos and pictures on the walls, with some more bistro style art in the dining areas. The TV wasn't on, the music general and at a decent level and the clientele was mixed and it was busy with diners. The service was friendly.

Beer; no real ale, just a basic keg range including Belhaven Best, Guinness, Jo*n Smiths and Tennents fizz stuff.

This place has a run-of-the-mill little bar really, but the food here was excellent - indeed, i heard not a word against it in anyway from anyone. The Belhaven was as fine as keg stuff is. Worth going to for the food and if you are happy with keg beer, even more so!
