Will Larter left this review about Clickham Inn

A smallish pub that would be a village local if it had a village. It stands alone at a quiet road junction outside Greystoke attracting what passing trade it can. The landlord was happy to chat and told me he gets quite a few people connected to the racing stables coming in here - there's a Nicky Richards calendar on the wall and the TV set was tuned to one of the racing channels. The bar has two hand pumps, but one of the beers (Keswick Bitter) had gone off, leaving me with Keswick Gold, which was ok but not really to my taste. The pub was looking very smart - the present landlord spent quite a bit doing it up internally when he took over nearly two years ago.
